Congratulations to Ackerman Security Systems--Business of the Month for October 2009.

Ackerman Security Systems has been a member of the Gwinnett Chamber for over 10 years.


“We have found that being members of the Chamber affords us not only the opportunity to grow our business, but additionally to work closely with dedicated business and community leaders to make Gwinnett a better place to live and work”, according to Jim Callahan, Chief Operating Officer.


Ackerman and their employees actively participate with a number of charitable organizations each year, some of which include AFLAC/WSB Care-A-Thon for Children Healthcare of Atlanta, the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society, Dream House for Medically Fragile Children, Habitat for Humanity, American Red Cross, Salvation Army, and Chris’ Kids.


“We consider ourselves fortunate to have so many employees who recognize the needs of the less fortunate in our community and are willing to get involved by providing their time, talent and financial resources to help”, says Callahan.
