Martin Birkbeck has been a member of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce for almost five years. After 25 years with UPS Martin began a small business consulting firm to help entrepreneurs buy, grow and sell businesses. During that time frame Martin became an Ambassador for the Chamber and has helped hundreds of businesses improve their businesses.
In 2008 Martin had an opportunity to help a Fortune 500 Insurance Company launch its brand in Georgia. Martin opened the first branch of American Family Insurance in Gwinnett County and is introducing his clients to a better insurance experience. Martin credits his wife and business partner Tracy with the agency’s perfect 10 rating for customer satisfaction in their recent JD powers survey.
