Who is eligible for Leadership Gwinnett?

The Selection Committee desires to select a diversified group in terms of race, sex and occupation. Participants will include a cross section of individuals from businesses, social services, neighborhoods, religious, cultural and educational organizations. (Typical participant’s age may range from 30-50.)

How is one accepted in Leadership Gwinnett?

First, the individual must be nominated for the program by a firm, an organization or an individual. Once an applicant is nominated, he or she will be asked to complete a detailed application.  The application becomes the sole basis for selection.

How much time will be required?

Leadership Gwinnett runs from August through May. The time commitment is for nine months, which consist of 7 monthly Learning Days, study group sessions, and two retreats. A commitment of 100 percent attendance is required from each participant.
