Congratulations to E2E--Business of the Month for January 2010.

E2E was formed in 1993 as a one-person, home-office employee benefits insurance agency located in Snellville. Over the years, the company has grown to 14 employees providing insurance and related services. Our clients are small, medium and large employer accounts located in Gwinnett, the metro area and outside of Georgia, served from our Lawrenceville location on North Brown Road.  We were recognized for our growth and expansion in 2007 when we received the Pinnacle Small Business Award from the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.

The name E2E stands for Employer to Employee and is the name of 3 companies that operate as separate corporations in a common location, with common ownership.  E2E Benefits Services, Inc. sells and services employee benefits insurance, retirement plans, individual life and health insurance and related products.  E2E Resources, Inc. provides HR services for employers. These services include, but are not limited to, payroll, bill paying and time keeping. E2E Risk Management, Inc. sells and services commercial liability insurance, commercial auto, Worker’s Compensation and personal lines insurance.

E2E differs from most agencies in that we partner with our clients in managing human capital, benefits and corporate risk. By capturing a thorough understanding of our client's needs, we develop and implement effective customized services, insurance programs, and alternative strategies to support our client’s prosperity.

E2E was founded on a philosophy that has not changed one bit since 1993. We believe that while our clients empathize with our internal challenges, what they really want is to have their insurance issues resolved—right now. That sense of urgency marks our work ethic and it is the cornerstone of our company.
