Maximize Your Membership

Now that you’re a member of one of the most influential business organizations in the Southeast, here are some tips that will help you maximize your membership.

  • Review your level of membership and the commensurate benefits.
  • Do we have the right representatives from your company in our database?
  • Do we have all of their contact information, including mailing address, telephone, fax and e-mail?
  • Is your representative list current?
  • Have you and your representatives (where appropriate) joined a Committee, Task Force, and Niche Market program?Choose one which is of interest to you professionally or personally, attend meetings, and be an active participant
  • Attend events! Your Gwinnett Chamber has events throughout the year, from low or no cost networking events to awards, seminars and professional development programs. 
  • Make sure you and your other representatives attend one of our monthly new member orientations.
  • Make sure you always have corporate presence at the General Membership Meetings. Remember, if you are a Chairman’s Club member one representative may attend each for free.
  • Watch for seminars to improve your employees' skills, grow your business and manage your company well.
  • Pick one program that best addresses your current professional and business needs and participate regularly. Business contacts and relationships are built over time.
  • For Chairman’s Club and higher: Attend the quarterly Chairman’s Club events -- or make sure you have another representative attend. Each month, you have the opportunity to meet and begin establishing business relationships with the decision-makers in Gwinnett and metro Atlanta. We'll give you the access, you make the deals!
