JJG is an active member and supporter of the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. Explains Chuck Button, JJG’s chief operating officer: “The chamber provides us with an opportunity to network with individuals, keep current on those issues affecting our community and state, and be educated on a range of topics that might be of importance to running our business.” A favorite Chamber event for Chuck is the Annual Dinner held every January. He views it as an occasion to celebrate the past year’s successes and, at the same time, to renew acquaintances and visit with old friends.
If there’s one tip that Chuck would like to share with aspiring business leaders, it would be to develop and maintain relationships with other people in the business world. “This is really important and vital to expanding your own business,” he says in conclusion.
