Leadership Gwinnett provides a diverse group of existing and emerging leaders with a unique opportunity to experience many of the challenges facing Gwinnett. Leadership Gwinnett is a nine-month program that includes a series of seven one-day sessions, two retreats and more.
Participants of Leadership Gwinnett experience firsthand the amazing resources Gwinnett has to offer.
Objectives of the programs are:
- to identify and inspire potential community leaders
- to acquaint these leaders with major community issues
- to examine the complexity of finding good solutions for ongoing concerns
- to give participants the opportunity to meet and interact with community leaders
- to investigate leadership ethics and values
- to assist participants in expanding his/her leadership skills.
Nominations for the 2008-2009 Leadership Gwinnett Class will be accepted at any time. Completed applications for the 2008-09 Class of leadership Gwinnett must be received by April 13, 2008 for consideration.
Cost: $2,600/year
