About The Project

Partnership Gwinnett is an exciting visioning initiative for a better Gwinnett. At the end of the six month process, we will receive the foundation of a long-term strategic community and economic development plan from Market Street Services, one of the nation’s leading economic development consultants that will include:

• A clear view of Gwinnett’s strengths, weaknesses, and competitive standing
• An inclusive process that involves all segments of the community
• Specific opportunities leading to sound, balanced development
• A comprehensive view of a healthy future that embraces the economic, social, educational, and cultural life of the area
• Identification of vulnerabilities and how to deal with them
• A long-term perspective that avoids quick-fix approaches, and
• A framework for measuring progress.

The project deliverables will include an Economic and Demographic Profile, Competitive Assessment, Target Business Analysis, Community and Economic Development Strategy, and Implementation Plan and Executive Summary.
