Proof of the Pudding was founded in 1979 and has been a shining star on the catering scene.  Proof has grown steadily over the past 25 years, moving into the food service contract management field and positioning itself to provide upscale catering to prestigious events throughout the Southeastern region of the United States.

In 1991, Proof partnered with the Gwinnett Center, then in 2003 the Arena, to operate as Gwinnett’s in-house catering company, providing all of the food and beverage services for the thousands who attend meetings, special events, concerts and sporting events.  For the past 18 years, Proof has provided the Gwinnett community and its guests a quality culinary performance in a creative and innovative style.

In addition, Proof provides an Award Winning Off-Premise catering service to the Gwinnett business and social markets.  For a more casual atmosphere, Proof also provides “Gourmet To Go”, offering an alternative to full-service catering.
