About the Speaker
Arabelle Fedora is an Executive Coach with Right Management and serves as the Regional Practice Leader in the Southern region for Leadership Coaching. As a Principal Consultant in Talent Management for the Southern Region, Arabelle leads a team of organizational consultants who serve as indispensable partners to clients regarding all aspects of their talent management strategy and initiatives. Leading the coaching practice for the region, she manages Right’s pool of executive coaches, introduces the best coaches for each client’s unique situation, monitors all coaching activity in the region, and ensures the highest quality standards are upheld.
