Envisioned and championed by members of the Gwinnett community, Georgia Gwinnett College has become the county’s top choice for a bachelor’s degree. More Gwinnett county students choose GGC than any other college or university. Currently enrolling nearly 12,000 students, GGC’s 15 degree programs are strategically targeted to meet the economic development needs of Gwinnett County. The most recent University System of Georgia Economic Impact Report revealed that GGC generated $333 million in economic impact. US News & World Report has recognized GGC as the most ethnically diverse Southern Regional College for 2015, mirroring the Gwinnett population. GGC’s promotes service learning and volunteerism though classwork and student organizations and engages with community partners such as Aurora Theatre, Junior Achievement and Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce.
