Multimedia Website to Better Communicate the Chamber’s Goals and Ability to Serve Members
Gwinnett County (METRO ATLANTA) GA – January 9 – The Gwinnett Chamber is pleased to announce the launch of its new, interactive website (www.gwinnettchamber.org) designed to better serve Chamber members and communicate the Chamber’s goals of building business, creating jobs and wealth and strengthening the community.
Prior to implementation, top Chamber sites around the nation were studied in order to build a more comprehensive and user-friendly website for easier access to important business and community information. Through this process, the Chamber developed a dynamic website that incorporates the Chamber’s strong social media presence while engaging new media technology to better inform and educate the community and members on the Chamber and all of its offerings.
“Communication in the business world is ever-changing due in no small part to the rapid advancement of marketing technology,” said Jim Maran, President & CEO of the Gwinnett Chamber. “The Gwinnett Chamber recognizes how crucial it is to stay ahead of these advancements and has developed a website to incorporate the latest in interactive online communication with a user-friendly platform for our members and business community.”
Giving members and the community enhanced connectivity, the multimedia website incorporates new media technology such as podcasts, a Twitter feed, photo galleries, videos, news feeds, blogs, and mobile capability. The website also provides members the advantage of a cutting edge marketing tool with numerous, enhanced advertising opportunities. Following the launch of the new site, the Gwinnett Chamber will also launch several new secondary websites including the Gwinnett Chamber Economic Development website and the Gwinnett Chamber Public Policy website.
