HRMA membership is primarily individual-based rather than company-based and is restricted to human resources professionals. HR consultants and vendors may be permitted to join on a limited basis. Those whose work involves human resources administration, management, or consulting in human resources issues and who further demonstrate a sincere interest in the human resources profession will be eligible for membership.
