This special luncheon pays tribute to Gwinnett’s public safety professionals including firefighters, police and emergency personnel. The program presents the following awards: The Medal of Valor awarded at the gold, silver and bronze level for bravery and heroism. The Lifesaving Award given to the public safety official/unit in recognition of acts taken in a life-threatening situation where an individual’s life is in jeopardy. The Public Safety Person/Unit of the Year awarded to the public safety/official or unit that has performed with exceptional skill, expertise, innovation and results. The Purple Heart (awarded as necessary) awarded to any public safety official who has been critically injured or killed in the line of duty while performing his/her responsibilities at the scene of an emergency incident.

  • Gold Sponsor ($3,000) – Limited to five. Benefits include having an award named after your company (for example, the ABC Company Lifesaving Award), recognition in printed materials, and five seats at the luncheon.
  • Silver Sponsor ($1,500) – Multiple sponsorships available. Benefits include name on printed materials, recognition on event signage, and three tickets to the luncheon.
  • Table Sponsor ($500) – Multiple sponsorships available. Seats at the sponsored table will be given to the public safety professionals. Benefits include recognition on event signage and two seats at the luncheon with the award.
