UGA‘s Small Business Development Center Named July 2017 Nonprofit of the Month

The University of Georgia Small Business Development Center (SBDC) provides training and resources to help small businesses succeed as well as no-cost confidential consulting services. to both beginning entrepreneurs and experienced business owners looking to grow their business. The SBDC, a Public Service and Outreach Extension of The University of Georgia, is funded in part by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). The UGA SBDC Gwinnett has been involved in several activities with the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce. Some activities including serving as a business plan / pitch mentor for the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce’s Amazing Entrepreneur Business Plan Competition and being panelists for the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce’s “Small Business Essentials” program.
