The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Georgia District offices signed a Strategic Alliance Memorandum (SAM) with the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce on June 18, 2018.

“We are thrilled to renew this agreement because it allows the SBA to continue partnering with the Gwinnett Chamber’s efforts in supporting small businesses.” said Terri Denison, Director of SBA’s Georgia District Office. “Gwinnet County is not only the second most populous county in the state, it is also one of the most dynamic environments to launch or grow a small business. We look forward to taking this successful collaboration to greater heights.”

The purpose of this SAM agreement is to develop and foster mutual understanding and a working relationship between Georgia’s SBA district offices and the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce to strengthen and expand small business development in the local area.

“The Gwinnett Chamber is committed to a strategic collaboration with the Small Business Administration to foster the supportive environment that our small businesses need to thrive,” said Dr. Dan Kaufman, President & CEO of the Gwinnett Chamber. “By offering our entrepreneurs access to educational opportunities, resources, and inspiration for every industry, stage of business, title/position, or level of expertise, we are able to help create the conditions in which small businesses can start, sustain, and succeed.”
