“The foremost trusted source for putting talented people to work”
We combine a wealth of business management experience with proven practices to find and retain talented people with skills and work habits to suit the businesses we serve. Wagner places equal importance on creating opportunity for hardworking employees and solving the unique business needs of our clients. It’s how we put talented people to work.
With a portfolio of more than 120 clients, Wagner places people with a diverse mix of large, medium, and small-sized companies in commercial, industrial, and manufacturing environments. From “mom and pop” retailers to some of the southeast’s largest employers, our relationship-based staffing approach scales to the unique needs of each individual client.
At Wagner, people are our business. We’ve never forgotten where we come from — nor the people and places who made it possible to do what we do. Our commitment to community extends to everywhere we do business.
Our Regional Sales Manager, Melissa Tillery is very active within the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and her local community. Melissa is a volunteer ambassador at the Chamber, on the board of Directors for GUIDE, INC (Gwinnett United in Drug Education), developed and manages a networking group for women in business within Gwinnett County, and is the owner of Canvases For A Cause that brings the local community together for cultural events to support childhood cancer organizations and children in local shelters.
