Kerry Armstrong, Chairman of the Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) addressed the Gwinnett Chamber’s January On Topic Luncheon with a State of the Region Address featuring insight into the challenges Gwinnett and the Atlanta region face as we anticipate an additional 2.9 million people in the region by 2050.

The challenges focused on such topics as an aging population, buildings and the built environment, energy, mobility, water and natural resources, and education.

This is the fifth year that Chairman Armstrong has addressed the Gwinnett Chamber as chair of the ARC.
